We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Client Insights Analyst. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and drive business growth through data analysis.

About the Job:

This is a strategic partnership role where you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to define analytical needs and deliver high-impact results. You will be responsible for developing tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to design scalable insight engines and prototype decision-support systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives to inform business decisions.
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.
  • Mentor junior analysts in developing storytelling, interpretation, and client-facing analytics skills.

About You:

We are looking for someone with a strong background in data science, economics, statistics, or a related field. You should have at least 7 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work. You should be proficient in SQL, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build intuitive and visually engaging dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Snowflake and/or cloud-native data environments.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or recovery analytics.
  • Exposure to forecasting, predictive modelling, or experimental design (A/B testing).
