Key Responsibilities- Responding to customer inquiries via various channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing technical support and assistance to customers in a courteous and effective manner.
- Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Assisting customers in setting up and troubleshooting technical issues with software and hardware.
The successful candidate will develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise to provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications- More than 1 year of technical support experience.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
- A complex thinker and technical thinker to understand the products and services provided by the customers they will be supporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
