
Technical Support Specialist

This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide technical assistance and support to customers.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software applications, and operating systems.
- Manage daily workload through incident tracking system and record problem resolution into knowledge management system.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer relationship skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We are seeking individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, or other engineering-related fields.
- Minimum 1-year technical experience.
- Previous experience in a customer-service role is a plus.
- Knowledge and comprehension of hardware systems.
- Ability to use MS Office Word and Excel.
