
Help Desk IT Support Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual to provide technical assistance to end users across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Offer comprehensive technical support for PCs, Windows operating systems, and Apple mobile devices.
- Detect and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
- Document and manage support requests through an IT service management platform.
- Maintain effective communication with users to ensure prompt and efficient resolutions.
- Elevate complex incidents to senior technicians as required.
- Comply with company policies regarding security and confidentiality.
- Troubleshoot audio and video issues during video conferencing sessions.
- Administer new user onboarding processes by setting up accounts in relevant systems.
- Manage user deactivation procedures by removing accounts from these platforms.
- Provide ongoing support for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Create and manage distribution groups within Office 365.
- Add and remove user accounts in Vonage.
- Resolve issues related to the Vonage application.
- Manage user accounts within Mainframe systems.
- Troubleshoot Barracuda VPN installation and connection challenges.
- Perform password resets in Mainframe systems.
- Monitor system health and performance using Data Dog.
- Exhibits exceptional organizational, time-management, and follow-up abilities.
- Maintains confidentiality and addresses sensitive requests with professionalism.
- Displays outstanding proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, supporting employees at all organizational levels.
- Operates independently and excels in dynamic work environments.
- Has prior experience providing support for PC hardware, Windows, and Apple devices.
- Understands basic networking concepts and troubleshoots issues.
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications, Azure VDI environment, and Active Directory management.
- Knowledgeable in ITIL principles and IT Service Management frameworks.
