- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or department heads when necessary.
- Continuously update knowledge base and procedures to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- At least one year of experience in help desk operations.
- Proven track record of resolving technical issues with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
