
Protective Partnerships Sales Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Executive to spearhead and grow partnerships with wedding planners, venues, and event professionals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Wedding Insurance and be well-versed in proactively managing a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage relationships with wedding planners, venues, and event professionals
- Conduct personalized outreach via email and phone to introduce clients' Wedding Insurance offerings
- Build long-term relationships as the trusted point of contact for clients
- Educate prospects on product benefits and address inquiries or concerns
- Support clients during onboarding and drive the successful promotion of products
- Maintain accurate lead and interaction data in CRM systems
- Cross-functionally collaborate to share feedback and refine Wedding Insurance programs
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle sales or as an Account Executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English fluency required)
- Ability to quickly learn new products and adapt messaging in real time
- Comfortable working in fast-paced or evolving environments
- Background in insurance, wedding services, or event-related industries
- Prior experience in account management and client retention
- Attendance Bonus: $25/month for perfect attendance
- Yearly Performance Evaluation
- Anniversary Bonus: PHP 5,000 (1st year), PHP 10,000 (2nd–4th years)
- Referral Bonus: $300 per successful hire
Remote | 8 AM–5 PM US Central Time
