**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Payroll Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll data entry, report generation, and reconciliation in a timely manner. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely compensation of employees and contractors.

  • This includes reviewing payroll reports, preparing payroll summary reports for clinicians and contractors, and responding to payroll-related inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage payroll data entry, report generation, and reconciliation in WellSky.
  • Review payroll reports and prepare payroll summary reports for each clinician and contractor.
  • Ensure employees and contractors are compensated accurately and timely.

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Degree in Accounting/Managerial Accounting or related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
