About the role

Walls in Motion, Inc. is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our finance team in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our workforce.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the bi-weekly payroll process, including calculating gross-to-net pay, leave allocations, tax withholdings and other deductions
  • Ensure all payroll data is accurately entered into our payroll system and that payments are processed on time
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and maintain detailed records of all payroll transactions
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and compliance documents
  • Field employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits and time-off
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and implement any necessary updates
  • Support the Finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a payroll specialist or similar role, preferably in the accounting/finance industry
  • Strong knowledge of payroll best practices, statutory requirements and labour laws
  • Proficiency with payroll software and HR information systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide high-quality customer service to employees
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
