Data Driven Business Outcomes Manager

We are seeking a senior Analytics Solutions Lead to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.
This role combines hands-on analytics with process excellence, leveraging tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, deliver accurate results, and communicate clear actions.
Key responsibilities include diagnosing process inefficiencies, designing future-state workflows, executing change management initiatives, and governing the enterprise playbook.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience with data modeling, and proven expertise in defining KPI catalogs and implementing data-quality rules.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of experience in BI/Reporting/Analytics Operations or Process/Operational Excellence are required.
Candidates should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Additionally, proficiency in Python or R Data Analysis, data analytics in a call center environment, and experience with high-valued analytics projects are preferred.
