JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a
Human Resources Intern
at Publicis Groupe Philippines (PGP), you will gain practical experience across a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training support, documentation, and HR operations. This role provides an opportunity to develop essential HR skills while working in a professional and dynamic environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing and updating basic HR reports, trackers, and databases.
• Help consolidate and organize HR-related data across different functions.
• Support documentation, record-keeping, and filing requirements.
• Assist in checking and validating information for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support during audits, reviews, or compliance requirements.
• Help create and maintain simple templates or trackers for HR monitoring.
• Assist in implementing and communicating company policies and procedures.
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks to support the HR team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
