About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating human resources activities.

The role involves working closely with the talent team to implement and influence people programs and processes for assigned client groups.

You will be the first point of contact for client groups, addressing and resolving requests, concerns, and inquiries.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for client groups.
  • Support the development of key talent priorities.
  • Build relationships with regional, area, and global talent teams as well as other functional stakeholders.
  • Handle employee relations issues that are less complex in nature.
  • Implement recurring HR processes as appropriate, including performance management, compensation, and career development.
  • Collect and analyze data on staffing levels, budgets, and salary information.
  • Identify and escalate HR concerns and risks.
  • Help design and implement HR programs and processes for assigned client groups.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years of work experience.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp complexities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
