We are seeking an experienced Consulting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects and engagements for our advisory services practice.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of projects according to defined approaches and methodologies.
Assist project managers in planning and participating in client meetings.
Analyze data to understand organizational functions through interviews, department walkthroughs, and workshops with client counterparts.
Conduct research, benchmarks, and collection of relevant information and knowledge from available resources to provide value-adding recommendations to clients.
Support the preparation, conduct, and documentation of project workshops and interactive sessions.
Develop and implement tools and platforms like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Forms, OneNote, SharePoint, etc.
Proactively contribute to team deliverables.
Maintain active communication with team leads, managers, and client counterparts to ensure alignment.
Identify and collaboratively resolve project risks and issues.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least four (4) years of relevant professional experience in HR operations, organization development, change management, training, and facilitation.
Certification in HR-related disciplines and/or Change Management is highly desired but not required.

Utilizes graphics and visuals to clearly convey ideas, assessment results, and recommendations.
Takes ownership of project assignments and deliverables.
Organizes project activities and schedules in line with the approach and methodology.
Prioritizes project activities especially when deadlines are tight.
Responds promptly to client queries and produces outputs on a timely basis while adhering to quality review procedures.
Requirements:
Analytical thinking.
Ability to analyze complex problems, understand business needs, and respond through innovative and practical solutions.
Conducts and synthesizes quantitative and qualitative analysis to formulate business impact and recommendations.
Performs HR data analytics (for strategic workforce planning, compensation, and benefits analysis, and other service offerings).
