Senior Fund Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Accountant to fill a challenging position.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the proprietary database is accurately populated with data by the take-on point of the client.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, such as investment managers, prime brokers and custodians in relations to trading activities as required for transaction processing and NAV preparation.
  • Liaise with auditors to provide requested information and respond to queries.
  • Data entry for new clients and fund setups.
  • Data management for fund closures and client terminations.
  • Liaising with other functions of the company across the globe, ensuring the delivery of services is timely and accurate.
  • Fee processing management – including booking of fees in the billing system and preparation of invoices.
  • Completion of monthly revenue accrual reports.
  • Retrieving data and performing data analysis for management/client reporting.
  • Preparation of Management Reporting including but not limited to KPIs, Accounts Receivable, Profitability, and other client management reporting as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of 4-year course. Preferably Accountancy, and Finance courses.
  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
