","Job Description:

This role is focused on leading internal finance and accounting operations in a remote-first environment with quarterly in-person company offsites. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, solid grasp of U.S. tax law, and the ability to manage end-to-end financial operations.

","Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare and analyze the three core financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve financial control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
  • Manage vendor invoicing, collections, payroll, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow report to support liquidity management.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
","Tax & Compliance:
  • Prepare and file U.S. corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors when necessary.
","Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA preferred; ACCA/CA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a Big 4 Accounting firm, ideally in a managerial or senior role.
