Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced financial operations specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for preparing monthly reporting packages, reconciliations, and other internal reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience with US taxation expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for various clients, including income statements, balance sheets, and other internal reporting requirements.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger accounts with trial balances each month, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Payroll and Taxation: Assist with quarterly payroll tax return reporting and provide support for annual year-end payroll and 1099 reporting.
  • QuickBooks Expertise: Utilize QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) to manage client data and ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience with US taxation expertise.
  • Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks, UltraTax, and Microsoft Office Suite.
