Job Title: Chief Financial Operations Officer

The ideal candidate will lead the accounting and finance operations across multiple entities, with a focus on managing month-end closings, preparing sales taxes, and supervising accounts receivable and payable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.
  • Supervise and coordinate accounting staff to achieve company goals.
  • Oversee payroll processing, financial statement preparation, and reconciliation of cash flow activities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to ensure accurate decision-making.
  • Lead the implementation of new financial systems and tools to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably as a Controller/Accounting Manager.
  • Proficiency in financial software, including NetSuite and QuickBooks.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax laws.
  • Experience in supervising staff and hands-on expertise in reconciliation and close process.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with import/landed cost accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
