Job Description
As an Admin Specialist at SM Prime Holding Inc., you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel arrangements.
You will also respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, as well as prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials.
Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
Communication and Coordination
You will coordinate meetings, events, and other activities, develop and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders, and collaborate with team members, management, and external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent administrative skills, strong communication and coordination abilities, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
