We are looking for a Customer Support Operations Manager, a role focused on overseeing workflows, queue management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer support operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage workflows efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using triggers and queue management techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into customer support operations.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop insights to drive business decisions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless customer support.
- Zendesk Certified Administrator (Required)
- Expertise in Zendesk automation, triggers, and queue management.
- Experience with Zendesk AI setup and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in reporting and presentation creation.
- Ability to document workflows and suggest process improvements.
