Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned customer support leader to oversee daily support operations, coach support specialists, and ensure exceptional client and user experiences.

This role plays a crucial part in leading and developing our team, overseeing day-to-day support tasks, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket Management: Oversee daily ticket management, call queues, and escalations to ensure efficient support delivery.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of customer support specialists to deliver exceptional client and user experiences.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure service levels (SLA/response times) are consistently met.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle complex customer issues and serve as the point of escalation for high-priority cases.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Technical Support, Operations, and Field teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Adaptability: Fast learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Languages: Professional English fluency.
  • Tools: Experience using Salesforce.
