Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to manage and motivate our customer support teams. The ideal candidate has minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment and a strong command of English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Performance Management: Manage and monitor the performance of customer support agents to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Conduct regular coaching sessions and offer personalized guidance to help team members succeed.
  • Evaluation and Growth: Evaluate performance bi-annually and recommend opportunities for growth, promotions, or recognition.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment.
  • eCommerce Expertise: Proven background in e-commerce customer service.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong command of English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias.
