Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, owning customer communications from initial request through to resolution. You will also play a key role in scaling our support function, maintaining knowledge base resources, improving processes, and collaborating closely with teams across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in all areas of our product, providing insightful solutions to complex issues.
  • Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution, supporting via various channels.
  • Collecting customer feedback and influencing the direction of our product.
  • Identifying issues and engaging with the development team to escalate bugs, solve problems, or obtain missing information.
  • Developing and improving processes to scale support with the growing business.
  • Creating and maintaining internal and customer-facing documentation such as knowledge base articles.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Proficiency with various software systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to listen to concerns and handle criticism without taking it personally.
