Overview

This role involves leading the paid social media efforts across multiple brands in North America.

You will work with a team of experts to develop and execute strategic plans for cost-effective customer acquisition and reactivation campaigns on various platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading roadmap development, executing key campaigns, and analyzing performance drivers to optimize channel ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns from start to finish.
  • Analyze performance drivers to optimize channel ROI using a data-first approach.
  • Be responsible for campaign trafficking, quality control, launch, reporting, and analysis.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, and reactivation goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and provide project management support.
Requirements
  • A track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience running large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
  • A process-improvement mindset and curiosity to understand why things are happening.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client-side or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Excel for performance analysis and knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, and web & app tracking setup.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills to use data to optimize performance.
