Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent writing skills, strong background in content strategy or social media, and 2+ years of experience. You will be responsible for creating 30-day plans and captions that help Founders grow their presence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop research-based content, write compelling captions, and build 30-day social calendars.
  • Optimize and test posts to ensure they are engaging, on-brand, and tailored for each platform.
  • Collaborate with design teams to align visuals and messaging.
  • Incorporate feedback and stay current on social trends to improve content.
Requirements
  • Strong background in content strategy or social media with 2+ years' experience.
  • Excellent English writing skills (B2 proficiency), caption writing, and scheduling tools (Hootsuite).
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
