Paid Social Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Advertising Specialist to lead the planning, launch, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about performance marketing and enjoys combining creativity with data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and others
  • Build and test audiences, creative variations, and placements to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor and report on key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS), and continuously optimize based on insights
  • Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to create compelling ad creatives
  • Stay informed about platform updates and evolving best practices in paid social advertising
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other social ad platforms
  • Strong understanding of paid social KPIs and media buying strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment
