We seek a skilled Content Strategist to develop and execute engaging content plans for our social media platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that resonates with our audience.
About the Role- Create and implement content strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram and Reels
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
- Plan and publish content in line with monthly campaigns and product launches
- Collaborate with designers and editors to ensure visually appealing content
- Analyze engagement metrics and suggest improvements based on data
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management (beauty industry experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Experience using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
- Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and beauty brands
- Ability to work independently with a proactive, organized mindset
