Job Title: Social Media Manager/Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven expert to spearhead our social media presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute comprehensive social media strategies for multiple brands.
  • Pivot content to align with ongoing marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
  • Identify high-performing social media posts, including boosting and scheduling for optimal reach.
  • Raise the bar with efficient Meta ads campaigns, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social media advertising.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and correlate social media content with operational performance and in-store sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for real-time execution and strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated individual with strong marketing instincts and the ability to execute plans independently.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands (agency or in-house), preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising platforms.
  • Fluent in social media strategy, audience growth, engagement tactics, and analytical tools.
  • Understands the pivotal role social media plays in driving business outcomes, not just impressions.
