**Financial Operations Coordinator Role**

About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare accurate reports, and communicate effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts and entries to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
