Accounting and Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage full-cycle accounting processes, including month-end and year-end close. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and a proven track record in hands-on transactional bookkeeping.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting. They will also perform hands-on transactional bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and forecast trends to inform operational planning
  • Assist in developing financial models, dashboards, and tools to drive business insights
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting. You should also have advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and a deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

  • Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst, with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Fully fluent in English
