Job Title: Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.
