Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in the organization's strategic decision-making process by preparing comprehensive reports, developing sophisticated financial models, and analyzing data for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver scheduled financial reports to ensure accuracy of data and alignment with organizational objectives.
  2. Design, update, and maintain advanced forecasting tools and templates to support informed decision-making.
  3. Reconcile financial data between systems and identify discrepancies to facilitate prompt resolution.
  4. Collaborate in preparing presentation decks for senior management, providing insights and recommendations that drive business growth.
  5. Provide expert analytical support for ad hoc projects and business cases, leveraging expertise in financial planning and analysis.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel; exposure to QuickBooks Online and Power BI is a significant asset.
  • Exceptional analytical mindset and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in financial reporting.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and drive results.
