Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven analytics leader to spearhead our offshore analytical team. As a Senior Analytics Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact analytics solutions that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of offshore analysts in delivering timely and accurate analyses and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives and analytics initiatives.
Analytics Expertise
  • Design and implement data strategies that leverage syndicated data, statistical models, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Build and maintain complex data models using Excel, Thinkcell, and other data analysis tools.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and dashboards that communicate insights and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or Computer Science.
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs and driving business impact through analytics initiatives.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Thinkcell.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
