Job Title: Bancassurance Team Lead

This role is responsible for driving the bancassurance business forward within assigned areas.

About the Role:
  • Foster strong relationships with branch leadership and staff to enhance the reputation of the bancassurance business.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team by providing regular coaching and feedback to ensure sales targets are consistently met.
  • Implement activity management standards and allocate necessary resources to support team members in their roles.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership and staff to drive referrals and sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Protect and enhance the bancassurance brand within assigned branches.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet agreed sales targets and service levels.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and overall customer experience.
  4. Maintain open communication channels with branch leadership and staff to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives.
