Job Title: Engineering Manager

This role is for an experienced leader who will oversee a distributed team of engineers and manage their portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in software delivery, with expertise in Python development and open-source projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a remote team of engineers and its MLOps/Analytics portfolio
  • Organize and lead the team's processes to achieve objectives
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members
  • Identify and measure team health indicators
  • Review code produced by other engineers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of professional experience in software delivery
  • Professional Python development experience, preferably with a track record in open-source projects
  • Experience designing and implementing MLOps solutions
  • An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university
