  • Encourage VAs to share insights and develop initiatives for ongoing learning and growth within the team.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders.
  • Ability to guide and motivate team members to achieve their goals.
  • Broad understanding of various industries and aptitude for learning new fields.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear feedback.
  • Experience with remote work tools and managing teams across different time zones.
Requirements:
  • Fast computer.
  • Clean and professional background/audio environment for video calls.
