Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This role involves leading the analytics team in designing and implementing data models, dashboards, and reports to drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify key metrics and translating business needs into actionable data solutions.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field and strong expertise in data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, or Tableau.

Proven experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare datasets is also essential.

A proactive approach to identifying trends and driving data-driven strategies is highly valued.

  • Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key metrics and translate business needs into actionable data solutions
  • Analyze complex healthcare datasets to uncover trends and support decision-making processes
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation techniques
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and findings
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the department
  • Partner with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics tools
  • Presentation of data insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, or Tableau
  • Proven experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare datasets
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data in simple terms
