Virtual Customer Service Representative

This is a dynamic role for a skilled Virtual Assistant who can support our e-commerce customer service and order fulfillment operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our e-commerce platform
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability
  • Dispute Resolution: Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and returns in a timely manner
  • Communication: Provide customers with updates on order status and shipment tracking
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and order information

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
  • Skills: Strong understanding of order management systems and e-commerce platforms
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

  • Inventory Management Software: Experience with inventory management software
  • Shipping and Logistics: Familiarity with shipping carriers and logistics processes
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills
