Job Opportunity: E-commerce Operations Specialist

Are you an expert in e-commerce operations with a strong passion for Amazon FBA and Seller Central account management? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an E-commerce Operations Specialist.


About the Role:
  • Oversee end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and product accuracy.
  • Conduct daily product listing checks to guarantee precision and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear and proactive communication, resolving issues promptly.
  • Handle product replacements, refunds, and negative feedback disputes efficiently.
  • Analyze ASIN-level negative reviews and implement solutions to improve product performance.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics and address potential issues proactively.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales and optimize business growth.

Key Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and data analysis).
  • High sense of accountability, owning work and delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, anticipating problems before they arise.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven with a focus on business growth.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with business and accounting principles can be beneficial.
