Senior E-commerce Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Senior E-commerce Project Coordinator. This role requires a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Elevate client satisfaction by engaging with clients to understand their e-commerce needs and documenting requirements
  • Create and manage comprehensive project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, addressing any delays or issues promptly
  • Continuously monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards
    • Implement quality control measures to guarantee exceptional results
Your Qualifications:
  • eCommerce Expertise: Extensive experience managing e-commerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations
  • Organized Planning: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms
