Job Title: Culinary Production SpecialistAbout the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our culinary team as a Demi Chef de Partie. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out food preparation and cooking in assigned stations according to company recipes and specifications.

You will adhere to daily production schedules under the direction of the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, and maintain assigned section recipe files in order.

Additionally, you will seek guidance from the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in executing production according to company recipes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out food preparation and cooking in assigned stations according to company recipes and specifications.
  • Adhere to daily production schedules under the direction of the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
  • Maintain assigned section recipe files in order.
  • Seek guidance from the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in executing production according to company recipes.
Requirements:
  • Formal qualification in culinary arts from a recognized culinary training institution.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a large food production environment with at least 1 year experience as Demi Chef De Partie.
  • Solid knowledge of Western cuisines and basic knowledge of public health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
