Financial Operations Manager

The Financial Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing business processes and leveraging technology to drive efficiency.

As a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, the Financial Operations Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and system administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to streamline financial operations, enhance data integrity, and improve reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, automations, and system integrations.
  • Maintain and optimize SaaS technologies, including Sage Intacct and Workday, to support financial operations and ensure compliance.
  • Develop documentation to facilitate stakeholder understanding of financial systems and process changes.
  • Project manage change initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and thorough knowledge transfer.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to financial systems, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience administering and/or implementing SaaS technologies, particularly Sage Intacct and/or Workday.
  • Strong understanding of core financial processes, with significant technical consulting experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application to finance, as well as APIs, JSON, and systems integration principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
