Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records by ensuring the integrity of the general ledger.
  • Perform regular reconciliations and closing processes to verify transactions and account balances.
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Timely post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments to accurately reflect business operations.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate audits and maintain compliant financial records.
  • Communicate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide actionable financial insights and support to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
