About the Role

We are looking for an organized and efficient individual who can provide administrative support to our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting to management, performing secretarial duties, processing reports and documents, filing documents, maintaining databases, liaising with internal departments, communicating with the public, directing calls and emails, arranging appointments and events, and monitoring office supplies.

Requirements

  • College Graduate in any field
  • With or without experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of office equipment
  • Able to work independently and reliably
