
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Outbound Lead Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential clients within target industries and personas that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential clients through proactive lead generation strategies.
- Personalize outreach by crafting compelling emails and LinkedIn messages based on prospect research and strategic campaign guidance.
- Qualify leads by engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business challenges and assess their interest level.
- Secure introductory meetings or calls between qualified prospects and our Account Executives/Sales Team.
- Utilize sales tools including CRM software, email automation platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools provided.
- Collaborate closely with the Outbound Marketing Strategist to provide feedback on campaign messaging effectiveness and market response.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales role.
- Proven ability to generate leads and schedule meetings through outbound prospecting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise outreach.
- Strong research skills to effectively personalize outreach.
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume outreach across multiple channels.
