About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to fill our Business Development Representative position.

Main Responsibilities
  • To identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calls, email campaigns, and social outreach.
  • To research and identify potential clients across various industries who can benefit from our services.
  • To develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • To conduct discovery calls to understand how our services can solve client hiring challenges.
  • To collaborate closely with leadership to close small to mid-sized deals.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, outbound B2B sales, and cold calling in the US market or similar markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to book qualified calls and achieve sales targets independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with neutral or US-friendly accent.
  • Strong conversationalist with natural charisma and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Professional on-camera presence - confident, well-groomed, and engaging in video calls.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet work environment for calls and demos.
  • Utilization of essential tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Premium, HubSpot, and other relevant software.
