About this Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our outreach efforts, you will play a critical role in helping us build relationships with prospective business executives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a natural ability to engage prospects, and a strong desire to drive results-driven conversations. You will be responsible for delivering compelling value propositions, scheduling discovery calls, and managing contact lists using Apollo CRM.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making outbound calls to business owners to introduce services and generate interest.
  • Delivering clear, concise, and engaging messaging that resonates with prospects.
  • Scheduling discovery calls on the client's calendar.
  • Utilizing Apollo CRM to track interactions and manage contact lists.
  • Following up with prospects via phone and email to maintain engagement.
  • Recording detailed call notes and tracking progress toward outreach and appointment-setting goals.

A successful Business Development Representative will be confident in handling challenging conversations, self-motivated, and results-driven. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a neutral or minimal accent, and proficiency with CRM systems.
