Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Professional to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, leveraging email, social media, and direct outreach to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will be personable, relentless, and a team player, with exceptional copywriting, communication, and presentation skills, particularly for B2B audiences. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analyze buying behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and events.
  • Develop compelling marketing content, such as email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other marketing collateral, to engage target audiences.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, including multi-channel campaigns and workflow automation, to increase prospect engagement.
  • Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads, maintain prospect relationships, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team for purchase-ready prospects.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to drive improvements and optimize ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead progress and performance versus targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and tech, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all campaigns and workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and discover innovative marketing approaches.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in generating leads and executing outbound marketing, preferably in the legaltech or SaaS industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with high-ranking company officials (CXOs). Results-driven lead generation experience is required.
  • Account-based marketing experience is an asset.
  • Experience with lead prospecting and marketing automation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Pipedrive) is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Business English.
