Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

About This Role

Bookkeeper will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks:
  • Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Manage all aspects of the General Ledger
  • Process accounts receivable/payable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Record journal entries as needed
  • Maintain customer list, vendor list, employee list, and chart of accounts
  • Prepare financial reports and work papers by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends

About You

We are looking for an A-star individual, passionate and competent with what they do and bringing the WOW with the following qualifications:
  • Atleast 2 years of Accounting experience.
  • Hands-on experience in using QuickBooks Online or Xero software.
