Plan Setup Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Implementation Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful setup and operation of new plans on our platform.
- Oversee all aspects of the plan installation process to ensure timely, accurate, and successful setup of new and transitioning plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and deliver results.
- Conduct operational work in relation to bulk plan conversions in coordination with clients and partners.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to learn quickly, contribute ideas, and adapt to changing processes.
- Proven effectiveness in flexible, creative, team-oriented, and results-driven environments.
- Experience with collaboration, project management, and CRM tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, DocuSign, and Jira.
