Unlock your potential and excel in the field of SMSF accounting. We are seeking an Intermediate Accountant to support clients with self-managed superannuation fund accounting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare annual financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documentation for SMSFs.
  • Process fund transactions including contributions, pensions, and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with ATO regulations and superannuation laws.
  • Work collaboratively with senior accountants and managers to finalise SMSF work.
  • Assist client managers with queries and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 3-4+ years' experience in SMSF accounting within a reputable accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of SIS Act, ATO requirements, and SMSF compliance.
  • Experience with SMSF administration software (Class Super, BGL, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
