Job Title: Senior SMSF Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SMSF Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing SMSF accounting and compliance tasks within Class Super.

About the Role:
  • Process and manage SMSF accounting and compliance tasks within Class Super.
  • Prepare workpapers, reconciliations, and reports for SMSF clients.
  • Assist with preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory documents.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, investment reconciliations, and member statements.
  • Ensure compliance with ATO and Superannuation Industry requirements.
  • Work closely with auditors, administrators, and financial planners as needed.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience working with SMSFs in Australia.
  • Strong working knowledge of Class Super.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reconciliations, formulas, data analysis).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and accuracy.
